Our Gold tier doubles Silver’s visit frequency to two visits a month, doubles the included drain and cleans from one a year to two, and folds the cabinet and entry-step deep clean into every visit instead of billing it separately. No matter the tier, the goal is the same: hot tub maintenance that fits how often you use your hot tub.

What’s Included in Every Gold Visit

Every visit covered by these hot tub maintenance services follows the same eight touchpoints, so you always know what you’re getting.

Computerized Water Testing: We use a digital photometer to test your water’s pH, alkalinity, sanitizer, and calcium hardness.
Chemical Balancing (Chemicals Included): Based on those readings, we adjust your water to the ideal ranges that keep it comfortable to soak in and gentle on your equipment.
Shock Treatment: We treat the water to break down the contaminants that regular sanitizer alone won’t catch.
Vacuum, Debris Removal & Waterline Wipe-Down: We vacuum the floor and seats, clear out visible debris, and wipe down the waterline.
Waterline Wipe-Down: We wipe down the waterline so the oily scum ring that builds up around the edge doesn’t stick around.
Complete Equipment & Cabinet Care: We inspect your pump, heater, and jets by hand, then fully clean and wipe down the exterior cabinet and entry steps, no extra charge, no separate visit.
Cover Check & Conditioning: We visually check your cover for damage or moisture at every visit, and once a month we apply a full conditioning treatment to help prevent cracking and fading.
Emailed Service Report: After every visit, you’ll get an email with your water test results, what we added, and anything we noticed that needs attention.
